We had a great experience with Becky and Mike McCallum. From the beginning, they made us feel comfortable in the process. Using Becky's advice, we developed a plan to do a renovation project before going to market. The renovation was a great idea and I believe it helped us sell our place fast. We had a full-price offer in less than a week! In terms of buying our new place they were very patient. We ended up finding our dream home and we felt very comfortable with the price. This is my second time working with Mike, but the first for a solo condo purchase. Not only is Mike incredibly kind and responsive, but also really knowledgeable about Chicago real estate, things to look for or ask about, and provides really excellent recommendations for additional resources (inspectors, lawyers, etc) to make the process as easy as possible.
