I was fortunate enough to work with Mike a second time when my wife and I were ready to purchase a family home in Chicago. Within 6 months, Mike helped us not only find our home but also update/fix, list and sell the condo we were moving out of (which he also helped me purchase 6 years prior). To our credit we had already visited a few open-houses and narrowed down our search before we contacted Mike. Once Mike was on board though, he really got the ball rolling, and we were looking at 2-3 homes nearly every week. Here is why we particularly think Mike is the best: 1. Knowledgeable- Mike was able to tell us about each neighborhood we visited; history, neighborhood restaurants, school zone, and local fun facts. He also knows people; whether we were hiring a painter, or needed help staging the condo we were selling - he knew a "guy". We used all of Mike's recommendations from inspection, to painter, and staging service. All were just as easy and great to work with. 2. Timely communication - Mike responds to emails and phone calls in a very timely and courteous manner. And better yet, he was the one to reach out and be sure we were informed and updated on information and ready for the "next step". The accuracy of his responses and the knowledge he has made us feel cared for and secure in our decisions. 3. Flexibility - As we went to viewings we quickly found out that my wife and I differed greatly in taste. Mike listened to both of us made sure that each time we went out to see properties both of our wants and needs were met. In the end there was not much compromise and Mike found a home that had a great combination of what we were both looking for.

My wife and I would recommend Mike very much, he was very patient and helpful! Both of us not being from the area, it was very nice having someone so knowledgeable and able to answer the smallest of questions. Mike is also very prompt on appointments and response to emails and/or phone calls! If you are looking for someone who will be there for and with you the whole way, he's the guy!
