Mike was great to work with and really helped us figure out what area of Chicago would best suit us. Moving from out of state it can be overwhelming to narrow down your scope. Mike provided his longtime knowledge of the city and tools to helps us figure out what areas would best suit our needs: commute, walkability to entertainment, safety and family friendly areas. He was very patient, friendly, fun and a great negotiator when we needed it. We would recommend him to anyone that was moving to Chicago!

Mike is amazing. He is extremely knowledgable about the Ravenswood/North Center/Lincoln Square area where we chose to live. Unlike other realtors, he takes the time to get to know us as couple an knew instantly which property was best for us. As someone who is new to the area, he helped with the small details and stayed on top of seller to make sure we got things completed on time.
