Thank you Michael for helping me find the home I was looking for. My experience with my Michael was so excellent. During the house search period he was very helpful and quick at scheduling showings for me. He was always available for questions by email and text. As a first time home buyer I really appreciated his insight and knowledge about real estate. He gave me lots of useful information and advice. He is very thorough, experienced, and insightful. When we found the place that I liked he acted quickly, got me lots of background information about the place (HOA reserves, latest building maintenance work, ...etc) and we were able to put down an offer within 24 hours. He negotiated really well which saved me a good deal on the final price. From the moment we got into contract and all the way until closing he was always available to help when needed. He gave me plenty of excellent recommendations for inspection and home improvement services. IF you are in the market for a new home I highly recommend Michael. He is your man.
