Mike was a very patient and wonderful realtor to work with. We spoke to him long before we were even thinking to sell and kept in contact through the years until we finally made the leap. Mike has a knack for knowing the realtor landscape and what needs to be done not only to sell but to buy. He's not like other realtors whom I've met that puts too much pressure on just making the sell. We not only sold our place for more than it was listed but also bought a place that through his advice, came out even more ahead than anticipated in the end. Highly recommend him to everyone!
