I found Mike through a friend who also had a good condo buying experience with him. I'm a first time buyer and Mike was great at helping me understand the steps, strategy, etc. Highly responsive and willing to spend time with you when your work schedule allows for it. Mike was amazing to work with. He told us the truth on what all we needed to do in order to sale. Actually, he sold out condo before it was even "officially" on the market!! His wife stages homes, so he was able to consult with her on ideas, and made our place look great! I can't say enough about how smooth he made this whole experience for us. He was available to us any time we had a concern or a question. I highly recommend him! Thank you to Mike and Becky!

First, let me say, I've moved around a bit over the past 40 years and have bought and sold many homes. Each comes with new problems and learning opportunities. Mike helped me buy and settle in the Chicago area from over 1000 miles away. He was a great asset to have during this move. He helped me solve some a pretty serious issue and was generally a great go-to person for related issues that arise both before and after the closing. I put him at the top of the list of all realtors I've used over the past 40 years. If you are shopping around for a realtor, you really won't find a better option than Mike. We all need to choose a good person as our agent. I will not hesitate to return to Mike should I need another agent in the future.
