We never really felt overwhelmed by the entire home buying process, and this is because of Mike. He was always patient with us, and answered every single question (there were many) with in-depth, knowledgeable answers, making sure that we understood everything. He always made himself available and was flexible with our busy schedules

I can not recommend Mike highly enough.  He stuck with me through a very long and difficult financing process, and contractor selection process.  He was always available to meet us at the property, and guide us with any questions or concerns we had.  I found this especially commendable in light of the small commission he was due, as the purchase price was only $190K.
